A Mathematician Obsessed withTiling

Recently, a research result, founded by ChuanmingZong, distinguished professor of Chang Jiang Scholars Program of Tianjin University, was published in the form of “key paper” in the fifth issue in 2020 by Notices of the American Mathematical Society,in which a series of complete answers to the classical tiling problems in mathematics was given. Since its publication, the paper has been congratulated and praised by more than ten famous European and American scholars, such as Ziegler, President of Berlin University, Morgan, former vice president of American Mathematical Association and so on. Not long ago, Tian Gang, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and President of the Chinese Mathematics Association, also mentioned this work in his lecture inside and outside mathematics.
